Ops Dashboard

A demo of a staff dashboard showing what an agent would have handled overnight across the other demos here: bookings made, enquiries answered, escalations queued. Every figure on it is simulated, and anything sensitive queues for human approval.

In detail

WHAT IT
DOES

Once agents are working for you (answering enquiries, taking bookings, chasing paperwork) the question that matters is: what did they actually do? An ops dashboard is the control room. One screen shows everything your agents handled overnight, today, this week, across every system they touch.

It's not just a feed. Anything sensitive (a refund, an unusual request, a message that needs judgement) doesn't happen silently: it queues for human approval first. The agents do the legwork; you keep the decisions.

Every action is logged and every number reconciles back to the diary, inbox or ledger it came from, so trust isn't a feeling: it's a record you can check. And as you add agents, each one reports into the same screen.

01

One feed for every agent

Bookings made, enquiries answered, escalations queued: every action from every agent, in one place.

02

Approvals where they matter

Sensitive actions queue for a human yes before they happen. Legwork automated, decisions kept.

03

A full audit trail

What acted, when, and on whose behalf, logged and checkable. Never a black box.

04

Numbers that reconcile

Every count on the screen ties back to the diary, the inbox or the ledger it came from.

05

Escalations surface first

Anything that needs a human sits at the top of the screen, not buried in a feed.

06

Grows with your agents

Each new agent you add reports into the same control room: one screen, however much runs itself.

The demo above shows an overnight summary aggregating the other fictional demo businesses on this site. Every figure on it is simulated. Yours would report on your agents, your systems and your numbers.
