DOES
Every service business gets the same email a dozen times a week: “any update?”. A client portal answers it before it's asked. It's a private, logged-in area of your website where each client sees the live status of their own work: what's in progress, what's waiting on them, and what's done.
Documents live there too, instead of scattered across email threads: you request what you need, clients upload it in one place, and finished work is filed where they can always find it. Invoices sit alongside, so what's due is never a mystery and the awkward chasing email gets rarer.
It's built on proper access control (every login sees its own data and nothing else) and, like everything we build, it's documented and handed over. Your system, on your domain, yours outright.
