Bookings
A demo of a booking system shaped around how a business actually works, not a template with a logo on it. Shown for Northside Barbers, a fictional shop: chair availability by barber, instant confirmation and SMS reminders, all simulated end to end.
In detail
WHAT IT
DOES
Off-the-shelf booking tools make your business fit their template: one calendar, fixed slots, rules you can't change. A custom booking system works the other way round: it's built around how your business actually runs.
Availability is real and per-resource: each chair, each staff member, each room keeps its own diary, with your rules (buffers, opening hours, who does what) built in rather than worked around. Customers see only what's genuinely free, pick a slot, and get instant confirmation and a text reminder without anyone touching a phone.
Reschedules and cancellations handle themselves: a freed slot goes straight back on sale, the calendar stays in sync, and the whole day runs off one screen everybody trusts.
01
Availability that's true
Per-chair, per-person, per-room diaries. Customers only ever see slots that are genuinely free.
02
Your rules, built in
Buffers, hours, services, who-does-what: encoded once, enforced automatically on every booking.
03
Instant confirmation
Booked means booked: confirmed on the spot, written to the diary, no double-booking.
04
Text reminders
Sent automatically ahead of every appointment, so the day runs the way the diary says it will.
05
Reschedules sort themselves
A moved or cancelled appointment puts its slot straight back on sale and keeps the calendar in sync.
06
On your site, yours
Runs on your own website, in your branding, documented and handed over like everything we build.
The demo above shows one configured for Northside Barbers, a fictional shop: a week of chair-by-chair availability with a confirmation and an automatic reminder. All of it is simulated. Yours would be shaped around your rooms, chairs or people.
