How much will it cost?
Every job is quoted individually, as a fixed price agreed in writing before any work starts. No hourly surprises, no scope-creep bills. Tell us what you need and you'll get a number you can hold us to.
Who owns it when it's done?
You do. On final payment you own the site or system we built for you, with the code, content and documentation handed over. No lock-in, no hostage-taking.
How long does a build take?
It depends on scope, and we'd rather give you a real date than a nice-sounding one. The timeline goes in the same written proposal as the price, and we tell you straight away if anything threatens it.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
We fix defects in our work free for 30 days after delivery. It's written into our terms. After that we're still around, and ongoing support is available if you want it.
Do I need to be technical to work with you?
No. We explain things in plain English, and you'll never be handed something you can't understand. The handover includes the keys and the manual.
